Today I met our substitute manager.

Because of a leave of absence in our store, there is a substitute manager. He seemed quiet and primarily kept to himself. While his demeanor wasn't authoritative, he seemed pretty stiff and not open to conversation.

I did end up talking to him, and my first impression was definitely wrong. It usually is.
