Today I encountered the tonkatsu parking lot attendant.

He apologized for making me pay for parking... But, he was talking to himself. He was definitely tripping on something. I guess I would try to do that too if my job was to be at a parking lot stand for hours at a time.

Again, I'm not a good judge of character, but we got upstairs and went to enjoy delicious food.
